An entrepreneur at heart, Karina has been supporting other entrepreneurs and their teams in winning for the past 25 years and currently serves as our Managing Director in Portland. She’s grateful to have spent 14 years of her HR career helping grow Impinj, Inc. from a handful of people and patents to the most successful IPO of 2016. For the past 2 years, she has served a variety of organizations in Portland and Seattle as a Sr. HR Consultant and SwiftLeadership™ Facilitator working with high-growth and entrepreneurial companies. Over the course of her career, she’s had P&L accountability, owned her own businesses, and held HR leadership roles in VC-funded and founder-led companies primarily in the high-tech and consulting industries. Karina has successfully partnered with senior management teams and Boards to create human resource strategies that focus on the needs of the business. She is passionate about getting a team of business leaders into a room together to create how they are going to work together to win. Beyond her credentials as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and graduate of the University of Washington, she sees life as an exciting adventure.
